FULL MOON MEDITATION

As the moon is connected to many spiritual practices, it is highly beneficial to meditate on a full moon day. One explanation for this is that the moon has an effect on water and our bodies are made up of 70% water.

Come and join our Body Bliss Wellbeing full moon meditation for an evening or morning of movement, super charged meditation and deep relaxation gong sound therapy. There will be light snacks and tea at the end of the meditation session.
