As the moon is connected to many spiritual practices, it is highly beneficial to meditate on a full moon day. One explanation for this is that the moon has an effect on water and our bodies are made up of 70% water. Generally, any meditative/energy work done during a full moon can last up to 2-3 days. On a lunar eclipse, it can last up to 2 months having a major impact on your life.

Come and join our Body Bliss Wellbeing full moon meditation for an evening of subtle movement, super charged meditation and deep relaxation gong sound therapy. There will be light snacks and tea at the end of the session.
