Antonio Di Cecco, Founder and Instructor
Antonio Di Cecco takes a holistic approach to exercise and lifestyle by combining ancient alternative methods and the latest discoveries from the health & fitness arena. He is a Pilates Level 4 APMA Certified Teacher and Senior Yoga teacher (KYTANZ, IKYTA, YTAA) and the Studio enjoys the benefits of his extensive industry experience working across all health modalities for over 25 years, which includes training with senior teachers in numerous fitness disciplines in Australia, UK & the USA. Having roots in a mainstream fitness background of weight training and athletics enables him to understand the importance of balance in physical and mental conditioning.
Over his career, Antonio has worked as a trainer with beginners through to experienced practitioners in a variety of settings, including being the on set personal trainer for the lead actors of many Hollywood movies filming in Australia and overseas. Movies Antonio has officially worked on in this capacity include Ned Kelly, The Missing, Queen of the Damned, Pirates of the Caribbean II & II, and Kingdom of Heaven, working with actors such as Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightley, Stuart Townsend, Lena Olin and Jeremy Irons, among others, preparing them for the camera and the rigorous demands of stunt work.
His life goal is to educate & guide individuals from all backgrounds on a positive path of enhanced well-being (physically, mentally & emotionally), thus empowering them to maintain optimum health & peak performance while facing their daily challenges.
Antonio teaches classes at the Studio through the week and is available for private training sessions in our fully equipped Pilates Reformer Studio.
Charlotte Beasley, Yoga Instructor & Holistic Counselor
Charlotte is a Yoga Teacher and mother of one, who wishes to assist others in feeling and living their best self.
She believes the practice of Yoga is a path to cultivate awareness of self. Through breath, mindful movement and meditation, we become more conscious and connected to ourselves, others, and the intent for a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
More specifically, Charlotte recognises the invaluable significance of yoga for pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
She believes this is a time for women to honour their body's natural capabilities and innate wisdom. By using gentle movement, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation in her classes, she wants to support women in building awareness and confidence for an empowered pregnancy, labour and journey into becoming a mother.

Fernanda Cury, Pilates Instructor & Massage Therapist
Fernanda was born in Brazil and moved to Australia in 2006. After a background as a professional surfer, she soon moved into developing her skills as a Massage Therapist before becoming a Pilates Instructor. Her experience now translates to an in depth knowledge of the body which is reflected in her classes.

Satoko Tasaki, Pilates + Pre Natal Instructor
Originally from Japan, Satoko has a history of 10 years Pilates practice, and a Diploma of Professional Pilates instruction.
Her passion for Pilates and its benefits has enabled her to grow immeasurably since completing the course, and she is now highly motivated to share her knowledge with others.
