PRIVATE SESSIONS

We specialise in offering personalised private one-on-one classes with Antonio and all of our instructors. All classes offered in our programmes can be tailored to your specific goals, including Yoga, Pilates (Mat + Reformer), Meditation and Align + Define.  Contact us to find out rates, specials and available times.


ALIGN + DEFINE

A resistance training body shaping program which incorporates Yoga and Pilates principals, designed to align, define and lengthen the body. Activating the core as a primary initiator, it creates holistic harmony through body, breath & movement with an eye to bring mindfulness to the exercise process.

Each session incorporates 45 minutes of targeted exercise in a one-on-one session with instructor Antonio Di Cecco, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation with the Chi Machine. This device promotes gentle and rhythmic exercise based on medical and physiological sciences, and is the brilliant culmination of 38 years of research by Japanese medical doctor Shizuo Inoue, Chairman of Oxygen Association of Japan.

PILATES MAT 

Develop strength, flexibility and endurance whilst alleviating pain and tension in your body. Used by athletes, actors, singers and many others to stay in shape and maintain energy and core strength, the benefits of Pilates to overall health and fitness are well documented. These classes are taught at Body Bliss Wellbeing with great care and expertise, paying close attention to the individual. As per all our classes, you will leave feeling mentally and physically revitalised and re-energised.

KUNDALINI YOGA 

An uplifting and dynamic blend of the spiritual and physical, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement and breathing techniques with meditation. Here we focus on relieving mental and physical stress whilst building vitality within the body, with personalised attention for all students, regardless of level of experience.  With a focus on inner as well as outer health, Antonio's Kundalini Yoga classes are also finalised with a Gong Bath* to assist in relaxation and energetic release.

PRENATAL YOGA + PILATES

Our specialised prenatal classes provide safe and effective exercises to relax and strengthen your rapidly changing body whilst preparing you for a smooth pregnancy and easier childbirth.

POSTNATAL ALIGN + DEFINE

This class incorporates Pilates and Yoga into a resistance training program with a focus on rehabilitation of abdominal diastasis (separation of the abdominals which occurs during pregnancy). Whether pregnant 40 years ago or 4 months ago, this program can assist in closing the gap.

YOGA + MEDITATION 

Let us guide you through the many aspects of yoga and meditation with expert advice and simple explanation. One of our most popular classes, here we allow time for breath through movement of yoga poses and relaxation of the mind. This also includes a Gong Bath* at the conclusion of class to enhance relaxation and energetic releases within the body.

BODY BLISS YOGA 

Our signature Yoga class, Body Bliss Yoga focuses on breath through movement. This is a steady work out with the company of a small group whereby you move through a range of yoga poses in conjunction with deep breathing.

FULL MOON MEDITATION 

Body Bliss Wellbeing Full moon Meditation and Gong Bath.

    Limited spaces. Bookings essential.


* Gong Bath - Antonio's classes are sealed with a gong bath. The harmonising effect of the gong is effective for assisting the release of energetic blockages and enhances relaxation.
