Body Bliss Wellbeing is a boutique studio focusing on intimate, personal classes. We pride ourselves on promoting good alignment and appropriate movement for your body. You will leave our studio feeling rehabilitated, educated and well aligned. For this reason, our payment system revolves around a Term Program schedule, whereby students commit to a weekly class so they can develop their skills and relationship with their teacher. $290 1 x Session per week
$520 2 x Sessions per week ($60 SAVING)
Both packages include all mat classes and a complimentary mat upon initiation (valued at $65)

1 class per week, includes all reformer pilates classes, with a maximum of 3 people per class (sometimes it's just you!)
