General Terms and conditions of purchase

• Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

• Payments are non-refundable but are fully transferable for use during the current program.

• Courses are subject to numbers - confirmations will made with more than 24hrs notice.

• It is the clients' responsibility to acquire Medical Clearance before starting any of our classes or courses.

• "Client Information & Registration Form" must be filled, signed and submitted to reception prior to starting any of our classes.

• Promotions and special offers have a limit of one per student unless specified otherwise.

• Cancellation policy for workshops and courses (before commencement date):  48hr or more - no charge, between 24-48hrs - 50% charge, less than 24hrs - 100% charge.

• Once course/workshop has started there are no refunds or credits.

CLASSES

BODY BLISS YOGA:: Body Bliss Yoga will teach you to connect movement and breath while having a strong emphasis on physical alignment.

KUNDALINI YOGA :: As taught by Yogi Bhajan®, is known as the mother of Yoga Science. It uses breathing techniques, dynamic movement, sound, visualization & mental focus.

BODY BLISS YOGA+KUNDALINI YOGA :: The perfect class to start your weekend. 45 min of Body Bliss Yoga followed by a 45 min Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class.

COURSES
8 wk Course Cost $200

YOGA & MEDITATION COURSE:: Learn yoga asana & different meditation techniques in each class. A great course for beginners and also for those who want to get back into yoga & meditation.

PILATES MAT COURSE:: Works deeper muscles to achieve efficient and graceful movement, improving alignment as well as body awareness. You will leave this class feeling renewed and re-energized. (max of 12 students)

MOTHER & BABY YOGA:: This carefully designed class provides the perfect environment to strengthen your body, calm your mind & bond with your baby.

PREGNANCY YOGA:: BIRTH BLISS This class provides safe & effective exercises designed to relax and strengthen your body & mind, preparing you for easier childbirth. Suitable for women in their second and third trimester of pregnancy.

CLASS ETIQUETTE - BODY BLISS WELLBEING  is a shoe & phone free zone. We ask you to remove your shoes and switch phones off before entering.    Storage provided inside.- Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts.- Do not eat any heavy meals 2 hours prior to beginning your class - Wear loose comfortable clothing - For your higiene please bring a towel to use over your yoga mat.
