Payments• Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received. • Payments are non-refundable but are fully transferable during the term of purchase * Except courses - see bellow. Make up sessions • A maximum of 3 make up sessions are allowed for each course per term. •Notice must be given to Body Bliss Wellbeing by email for both cancellation and make up sessions. •All make up sessions must be taken within the term - no extensions allowed. •Once a make up session has been booked, a space will be reserved for you and thus non attendance will forfeit your session. •Cancellation of a make up session and rescheduling attracts an admin fee of $10. •Make up sessions are subject to availability. Medical Clearance• It is the clients' responsibility to acquire Medical Clearance before starting any of our classes or courses.Personal Information • "Client Information & Registration Form" must be filled, signed and submitted to reception prior to starting any of our classes. All information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared to third parties. Equipment• Clients must bring a yoga mat and towel to use at our premises.• Yoga mats are available for sale or rent if required. •We provide blankets, pillows, blocks & straps to be used when necessary Specials• Promotions and special offers have a limit of one per student unless specified otherwise. Courses: Transfers/Refunds/Cancellations• Courses can be transfered up to 7 days prior to commencement date. • Cancellation policy for courses & workshops (before commencement date): 7 days - no charge, more than 48hrs - 50% charge, less than 48hrs - 100% charge. • Once course/workshop has started there are no refunds or credits.Cancellation of course • Courses are subject to numbers - Body Bliss Wellebing reserves the right to cancel a course before the starting date. In case of cancellations, students will receive at least 24hrs notice via email and a full refund will be provided. |
