Terms and Conditions Studio Pilates Small Group Sessions:

Appointment Times
•Once your weekly appointment times have been scheduled in, this is your fixed reserved time each week.
•Blocks of 4 or 10 sessions are valid for 4 or 10 weeks respectively.

Payment
•Sessions should be paid on 4 or 10 sessions in advance.
•Should you decide to discontinue with our services, 7 days notice is required to receive a full refund of unused sessions.

Cancellations
•More than 24 hours:
A make up session must be scheduled within that week. Once you advise us of your cancellation we will provide you with an alternative time for your replacement group pilates class.
As an option a reduced rate private session ($99)can be scheduled - to be paid in advance.
A maximum of 2 make up sessions per calendar month.

•Less than 24 hours:
No make up sessions provided
Full fee will be charged

Reserving Times
You can keep your session times on hold while on holidays for a maximum of
1 month per calendar year, 15 days notice must be provided.

After one month your times will be made available to other clients.
