BODY BLISS YOGA:: Body Bliss Yoga will teach you to connect movement and breath while having a strong emphasis on physical alignment.

KUNDALINI YOGA :: As taught by Yogi Bhajan®, is known as the mother of Yoga Science. It uses breathing techniques, dynamic movement, sound, visualization & mental focus.

BODY BLISS YOGA+KUNDALINI YOGA :: The perfect class to start your weekend. 45 min of Body Bliss Yoga followed by a 45 min Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class.

CLASS ETIQUETTE - BODY BLISS WELLBEING  is a shoe & phone free zone. We ask you to remove your shoes and switch phones off before entering.    Storage provided inside.- Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts.- Do not eat any heavy meals 2 hours prior to beginning your class - Wear loose comfortable clothing - For your higiene please bring a towel to use over your yoga mat.
