Our highly experienced Yoga teachers take a contemporary approach to ancient practices of Yoga & meditation.
We also offer you the opportunity to learn Pilates with internationally recognised instructors. You can join our mat classes or more personalised 3 on 1 sessions in our fully equipped studio.
